BLACK AND BROWN OPPORTUNITIES FOR PROFIT ACADEMY

This summer, the BBOP Center welcomed three groups of international high school students from around the world—including Japan, Russia, China, Arizona, and California, to name just a few. Each visit brought a new group of curious, creative young minds eager to explore entrepreneurship and see what’s possible when innovation is supported by community.

During their time at the BBOP Center, students toured the space. They gained a firsthand understanding of what it means to build and grow a business in an environment intentionally designed for entrepreneurs. They learned about BBOP’s mission to support founders and saw how a strong ecosystem can shape the journey from idea to impact.

Using the BBOP Center as their collaborative workspace, students worked in teams to develop their own business ideas. They refined their Business Model Canvases, crafted strategies, and practiced pitching—immersing themselves in the mindset of real-world entrepreneurs.

These visits reflect BBOP’s expanding global impact—and our belief that entrepreneurship is a universal language. By opening our doors to students from around the world, we’re planting seeds of innovation, equity, and collaboration that transcend borders.
