BLACK AND BROWN OPPORTUNITIES FOR PROFIT ACADEMY

You know how we’re always talking about building the infrastructure entrepreneurs need to succeed? Well, our newest tenants get it; they’re doing the same thing, just catching people earlier in the pipeline.

Tomorrow’s Talent just moved into the BBOP Center, and if you don’t know them yet, you will. They’re a workforce development powerhouse led by Dr. Dale Marsden (former San Bernardino City Unified Superintendent who took graduation rates to 90% and built 53 career pathways) and CEO Ginger Ontiveros.

Here’s what they do: they bridge the gap between classroom and career. Think apprenticeships, internships, and real connections to industries like cybersecurity, high-tech manufacturing, and more. Dr. Marsden founded Tomorrow’s Talent in 2020 because he was tired of seeing graduates collect diplomas and $37,000 in student debt, only to end up underemployed or unemployed.

That’s the same frustration that drives what we do at the BBOP Center. Except we catch business owners who are stuck or scaling, and Tomorrow’s Talent catches the talent before they even hit the workforce.

Why This Matters for BBOP

The students Tomorrow’s Talent trains? They could be your next hires. The career pathways they’re building. They align with industries our Build, Grow, or Scale curriculum serves. This isn’t just about sharing office space, it’s about creating a complete ecosystem. From workforce development to business growth to scaling companies, we’re building the full pipeline right here.

Welcome to the building, Tomorrow’s Talent. Let’s build some futures together.
